Job Description

Partner Management

  • Working with regional head, management of Partner Development Funds to be used across the key channel partners for Optoma.
  • Working directly with partners to design marketing campaigns and to develop specific campaigns for partners to buy into.
  • To hold regular meetings with partners to build marketing plans and campaigns of Optoma focused marketing.
  • Engagement with the sales team to make sure that all campaigns align with the priorities of the business from a product and focus perspective.



  • Graphic design of marketing collateral for partners and sales including flyers, eshots, web banners, adverts, display material and email signatures
  • To arrange print of stationary, flyers and banners for various events, making sure they are a high quality and within budget.
  • To help develop and deliver detailed marketing plans across home, education and business channels.
  • Copy writing – creating effective copy for campaigns, marketing materials and social media.


Social Media

  • Day-to-day management of Optoma’s social media vehicles including managing and scheduling posts and posting content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. Analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of social campaigns and posts.
  • Development of new campaigns and tools.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service through social media when dealing with customer enquiries and/or complaints.



  • Aid in event planning and management across all channels (i.e. education, IT and ProAV)
  • Help to manage all major internal events and partner events held throughout the year by Optoma.



  • PR – managing list of journalist contacts, delivering press release materials, and arranging for reviews of home cinema products.
  • Management of UK Sales databases

Candidate Specification

Supporting the UK Sales team, the candidate must show experience in:

  • Delivering partner programmes preferably in the IT channel.
  • Designing marketing communications material using the full Adobe Creative Suite – specifically Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Using an eshot system – Pure 360, Mail Chimp or similar
  • Event management – research, planning and assisting with events


The candidate must be creative, proactive and very organised for this busy role.
