Optoma launches flagship 4K UHD DuraCore MultiColor laser high brightness projectors - ZK1050 and ZK750

Optoma brings to the market two new 4K UHD high brightness professional laser projectors, the ZK1050 and ZK750. Featuring MultiColor Laser (MCL) technology, they form part of the DuraCore range which combines longer-lifetime light source and an independent IP rated dust certification. Designed for even the most complex professional installations, the ZK1050 and ZK750 offer five interchangeable lens options for ultimate flexibility.

For large-scale projection or stacking, the ZK1050 and ZK750 feature built-in edge-blending, warping and colour matching. They also offer portrait and 360-degree orientation support. Additionally, an HDBaseT™ input is included to simplify cabling requirements and reduce installation complexity, saving time and reducing costs.

Optoma’s DuraCore laser range champions an industry-leading laser light source delivering a minimum of 20,000 hours in full brightness mode. The ZK1050 and ZK750 also achieve superior colour rendition through MCL technology which combines red and blue laser diodes to enhance colour performance and deliver visually striking lifelike images with exceptional detail.

James Fursse, Technical Product Manager at Optoma Europe, commented: “Our new 4K UHD ZK1050 and ZK750 join our ProScene range of DuraCore laser projectors. Aside from the excellent reliability and performance, DuraCore technology means virtually maintenance-free operation. The ZK1050 and ZK750 are also suitable for all types of installations with multiple lens options.”

Featuring an airtight optical engine that has been independently certified as IP6X along with low noise and power consumption, these latest professional ‘fit and forget’ models offer spectacular versatility and reliability. Designed for continuous 24/7 operation, they support 360° and portrait orientations for flexible installation and with 100 variable power and luminance settings, are perfect for simulation, live events and almost any challenging environment.
