Three new powerful performers added to the DuraCore laser projector range - ZU500T, ZH500T and ZW500T

Optoma has expanded its range of DuraCore laser ProScene projectors for the professional installation market with the launch of three new high-specification projectors – the ZU500T, ZH500T and ZW500T. The feature packed projectors boast a brightness of 5,000 lumens and offer advanced installation options to include HDBaseT™, lens shift, four corner correction and 360° positioning in any direction.

Optoma’s DuraCore laser range champions an industry-leading laser light source delivering a minimum of 20,000 hours in full brightness mode, along with an independent IP rated dust certification.

Philip Watt, Commercial Product Manager at Optoma Europe, commented: “Optoma offer the features associated with high-end exchangeable lens laser projectors in an affordable fixed lens, low profile projector. The new 500T series come in WUXGA, 1080p and WXGA resolutions and offer true 360° installation. Flexibility is extended in this range with four corner adjustment, Picture-in-Picture and HDBaseT™ connectivity.”

Designed for but not limited to large venues, lecture theatres, auditoriums and conference rooms, the new 500T series come with the added benefit of horizontal and vertical lens shift and 1.6x optical zoom allowing for quick and accurate installation. Four corner geometric adjustment is also included for uneven walls or where a projector placement is awkward and needs to be installed at an angle.

Additionally, an HDBaseT™ input is included to simplify cabling requirements and reduce installation complexity, saving time and reducing costs.

The new models also support Picture-by-Picture (PbP) and Picture-in-Picture (PiP) – perfect for video-conferencing and other collaborative applications.

Designed for maintenance-free, continuous 24 hour operation, the ZU500T, ZH500T and ZW500T are truly a fit and forget solution.
